We were fortunate to have Amber Oldenburg give our two clubs a joint ZOOM presentation on the vast resources of genealogy information that is available from the familysearch.org Wiki. The site has a treasure trove of primary resource information, which at first may seem overwhelming. Amber’s introduction to the Wiki provided a methodical and understandable method to enable someone to access the information without feeling overwhelmed. Her presentation was very professional and engaging, and I received a number of positive comments from members of both clubs after her program. I would, without hesitation, advise any genealogy club that is interested in an informative and educational program to engage Amber.
